Mazen Abdellah Hilal al-Frayeh (born 1969) is the Jordanian Minister of Interior. He was appointed as minister on 7 March 2020. [1] [2] [3]
Frayeh holds a Bachelor in Public Administration and a Bachelor in Military Sciences from Mutah University. In addition,he holds a Master in Military Sciences from Mubarak al-Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College and a Master in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. [4]
Frayeh was the Vice-Chairman of the National Center for Security and Crisis Management. [3]
Additionally,he was Director of Operations at the General Command and served in the artillery corps of the Jordanian Armed Forces for 25 years and was an instructor and coordination officer at the Royal School of Artillery. [3]
Frayeh was appointed the Director of Operations of the Jordanian crisis cell to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. [4]
Since 7 March 2020,Frayeh has been the Minister of Interior. [2]
Faisal Akef Al-Fayez is a Jordanian politician who was the 34th Prime Minister of Jordan from 25 October 2003 to 6 March 2005. Additionally,Al-Fayez is the only person in Jordanian history who was a Prime Minister,President of the Senate,President of the House of Representatives,and Head of the Royal Hashemite Court. He took office following the resignation of Ali Abu al-Ragheb. He previously served as Minister of Defense and is very close to King Abdullah II.
Brigadier Mohammad Jamhour (Retired) (Arabic:محمدجمهور) is a Jordanian brigadier. He was born in Jerusalem on September 25,1930. Jamhour graduated from Bishop Gobat School which was located on Mount Zion just outside the Walls of Old Jerusalem near King David Gate,and it was the first English Missionary School established during the Ottoman Empire in 1873. In 1950 Jamhour was selected to study in the United Kingdom as an officer cadet at Eaton Hall,Mons Officer Cadet School. In 1951 he was accepted at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In 1952 King Hussein graduated from Harrow School and became an Officer Cadet in the same college at Sandhurst. Jamhour became a close friend to the king and they graduated together in 1953.

He is the eldest son of Prince Muhammad bin Talal,the younger brother of King Hussein of Jordan,and first cousin of the current King Abdullah;this makes him 13th in the line of succession to the Jordanian throne. Makram Mustafa Queisi is a Jordanian diplomat and politician,who is a former minister of youth of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He previously served as Jordan's ambassador to France,Portugal,the Holy See and the Permanent Delegation to UNESCO. Prior to his confirmation by King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein as head of mission in Paris in 2013,he was serving as the Jordanian ambassador to the Republic of Austria from 2007 to 2012. He previously also served as the permanent representative of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the United Nations and other international organizations in Vienna,as well as non-resident ambassador to Hungary,Slovenia,the Czech Republic and the OSCE. Queisi was appointed as the ambassador of Jordan to France since October 2019,as well as the permanent delegate of Jordan to UNESCO,which is the post that he is holding.
