Rakhi Aur Hathkadi is a Hindi film that was released in 1972. It was directed by S. M. Sagar. It stars Ashok Kumar, Asha Parekh in a dual role, Vijay Arora, Danny Denzongpa, Kabir Bedi, and Helen. Music is by R.D. Burman. Lyrics are by Majrooh Sultanpuri. Asha Bhosle sang all seven songs, two of which were duets with Kishore Kumar.
Aaranya Kaandam is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language gangster film written and directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja in his directorial debut. It is supposedly the first neo-noir film in Tamil cinema. The plot takes place in a day in the lives of the six protagonists, played by Jackie Shroff, Ravi Krishna, Sampath Raj and debutants Yasmin Ponnappa, Guru Somasundaram and Master Vasanth. Produced by S. P. B. Charan's Capital Film Works, the musical score of the film were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by P. S. Vinod and editing handled by the duo Praveen K. L.-N. B. Srikanth.
Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Thiru. The film was produced by Vikram Krishna. Starring Vishal in the lead role along with Sarah-Jane Dias who makes her acting debut. while, Tanushree Dutta and Neetu Chandra making her debut in Tamil cinema Santhanam, Sathyan, Mayilsamy, and T. S. B. K. Mouli play supporting roles, while Sneha and Mallika Kapoor make special appearances and Prakash Raj in a guest role. The film was later dubbed into Hindi as Ek Khiladi 3 Haseenayein

Kartoos is a 1999 Indian Hindi action thriller film directed by Mahesh Bhatt and starring Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff and Manisha Koirala. It was the last release of Mahesh Bhatt as a director until the release of Sadak 2 (2020). The film borrows its plot idea from the 1993 film Point of No Return, which in turn is a remake of the French film La Femme Nikita, where Bridget Fonda essays a role which is very similar to that character of Sanjay Dutt. The film was remade in Tamil as Paramasivan (2006).

The film features Vikram and Tamannaah Bhatia in the leading roles for the first time, with Soori, Jangiri Madhumitha, Baburaj and R. K. Suresh among others portraying supporting roles. The film was released on 12 January 2018.
