Breathe is the fourth studio album by American country music artist Faith Hill. It was released November 9, 1999 via Warner Bros. Records. It won a Grammy Award for Best Country Album. Breathe is one of the most successful country/pop albums to date. It has been certified 8× Platinum by the RIAA, for shipping eight million copies in the US. The album includes the singles "Breathe", "The Way You Love Me", "Let's Make Love", and "If My Heart Had Wings". "Breathe" and "The Way You Love Me" both reached number one on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart; the former also peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was the top pop song of 2000 according to Billboard Year-End. Several of the album's tracks also charted from unsolicited airplay.

It was Seger's first album of entirely new music since Like a Rock in 1986. It produced four singles on the country charts: "This One's for the Girls" at #3, "In My Daughter's Eyes" at #4, "How Far" at #12 and "God's Will" at #16. "This One's for the Girls", which featured backing vocals from Faith Hill, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, and McBride's two daughters, was also McBride's first and only Number One hit on the Adult Contemporary charts. Pop girl group Girl Authority covered "This One's for the Girls" for their second album Road Trip.

Lisa Angelle is an American country music singer-songwriter. During the 1980s and 1990s, Angelle wrote songs for several country artists including Wynonna Judd, who reached number one on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in 1991 with "I Saw the Light", co-written by pop singer Andrew Gold. As a recording artist, Angelle released two singles with EMI America Records in 1985, but did not release an album until 2000 via DreamWorks Nashville. She also recorded the theme song for the CBS TV series Beauty and the Beast, which aired 1987 to 1990.

Chronologically, these singles were "Too Cold at Home" (#3), "Brother Jukebox" (#1), "Blame It on Texas" (#5), "Your Love Is a Miracle" (#3), and "Broken Promise Land" (#10). His third album for Decca Records, it produced four singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts between 1997 and 1998: the title track, "It's Not Over", "I Might Even Quit Lovin' You", and "Wherever You Are". "Wherever You Are" was the first single of Chesnutt's career to miss the Top 40 on the country charts. With this album, Chesnutt is also reunited with producer Mark Wright, who produced Chesnutt's first four MCA Nashville albums.

This album peaked at #29 on the US country charts. The album included three singles, "Scream", "Maybe, Maybe Not", and "Lips Like Yours". Steve Mandile, lead singer of the band Sixwire, co-wrote the track "Don't Speak". "The Fire" was originally recorded by Chely Wright on her 1999 album Single White Female.

127 Rose Avenue is the fifty-first studio album from country music singer Hank Williams, Jr. This album was released June 16, 2009 on Curb Records, his last for the label. It includes the single "Red, White & Pink Slip Blues", which peaked at #43 on the U.S. country singles charts shortly before the album's release. The album title "127 Rose Avenue" is a reference to the boyhood home of Hank Williams Sr in Georgiana, AL. One of the co-writers Bud McGuire was inspired after a visit to the home, whose actual address is 127 Rose Street. The album debuted at #7 on the Billboard country chart.
