Micheal Kofi Adu-Poku (born 22 September 2005) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger for Barrow on loan from Watford [2]

Career

Adu-Poku joined Watford in 2018 having had a successful trial for the Watford Under-13s team. [3] Adu-Poku made his senior debut on 7 January, 2023 in the FA Cup against Reading F.C. [4] He reflected that he couldn't dominate physically in senior football as he does routinely in youth football and that it was a step up for him. [5] Two weeks later, On 21 January, 2023 he made his league debut appearing as a second-half substitute at home against Rotherham United. [6] [7] In March 2024 he signed on loan with Maidstone United. [8] The following season he played on loan for Solihull Moors. [9]

On March 12, 2025, Adu-Poku joined National League side Rochdale on loan until May 5th. [10]

On June 27 2025, Adu-Poku was signed by Barrow on a season-long loan [11]
