Michael Carter (born April 28, 1986) is a former professional Canadian football defensive back. He played in seven seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Carter played college football for the Maryland Terrapins.
Carter was drafted 19th overall by the BC Lions in the 2011 CFL Draft, but was released after training camp. He subsequently signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on June 27, 2011. [1] Carter was released near the end of the 2011 CFL season on October 26, 2011. [2] It was announced that Carter had signed with the Montreal Alouettes on January 27, 2011. [3] After a three-year stint with the Alouettes, he signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on February 25, 2015. [4] He played for half a season for the Roughriders prior to being released on August 15, 2015. On September 15, 2015, Carter signed with the Edmonton Eskimos as a free agent and was added to their practice roster. He was later released by the Eskimos on November 30, 2015. On August 17, 2016, Carter was signed by the Toronto Argonauts. After one season with the Argonauts, he signed with the Montreal Alouettes. He was released by the Alouettes on May 2, 2018. [5]
Chad Owens Sr. is a former professional Canadian football wide receiver and kick returner. He was most recently a member of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the sixth round of the 2005 NFL Draft. Owens played college football at Hawaii. He spent six seasons playing for the Toronto Argonauts, and has also been a member of the Montreal Alouettes and Saskatchewan Roughriders.

He has coached the Toronto Argonauts, Ottawa Redblacks, and Saskatchewan Roughriders and was the head coach of the Eskimos from 2016 to 2019.

He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2010. Harris has also played in the Arena Football League and United Football League. He played college football at Edinboro University. As Edinboro's starting quarterback, he broke "every career passing record in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference" and was a two-time finalist for the Harlon Hill Trophy, awarded each year to the individual selected as the most valuable player in NCAA Division II.
