Michael Geserer (born 14 December 1969) is a tennis coach and former professional player from Germany.
Born in Regensburg, Geserer only started playing tennis at the age of 17; as a child, he played soccer and ran 800 and 1000 meter races in track and field. After graduating from high school in 1989, he completed a year of military service before committing to professional tennis in 1991. [1]
Geserer achieved a career-high singles ranking of No. 189 and featured in the qualifying draws of all four Grand Slam tournaments. His best performances on the ATP Tour were appearances in the round of 16 at the 1995 Arizona Tennis Championships and the 1995 Dutch Open, having reached both main draws as a qualifier before losing to Stefan Edberg and Karel Nováček, respectively. Geserer has been the coach and manager of Jule Niemeier since December 2023. [3] He formerly coached Julia Görges, [4] Jennifer Brady, [5] and Petra Martić. [6]

Michael Te-pei Chang is an American former professional tennis player and coach. He is the youngest man in history to win a singles major, winning the 1989 French Open at 17 years and 109 days old. Chang won a total of 34 top-level professional singles titles, was a three-time major runner-up, and reached a career-best ranking of world No. 2 in 1996. Since he was shorter than virtually all of his opponents, he played a dogged defensive style utilizing his quickness and speed.
Jan Stefan Edberg is a Swedish former professional tennis player. A major practitioner of the serve-and-volley style of tennis, he won six Grand Slam singles titles and three Grand Slam men's doubles titles between 1985 and 1996. He is one of only two men in the Open Era to have been ranked world No. 1 in both singles and doubles, the other being John McEnroe. Edberg also won the Masters Grand Prix and was a part of the Swedish Davis Cup-winning team four times. In addition, he won four Masters Series titles, four Championship Series titles and the unofficial 1984 Olympic tournament, was ranked in the singles top 10 for ten successive years, and ranked nine years in the top 5. After retirement, Edberg began coaching Roger Federer in January 2014, with this partnership ending in December 2015.
Michael Detlef Stich is a German former professional tennis player. He won the men's singles title at Wimbledon in 1991, the men's doubles titles at both Wimbledon and the Olympic Games in 1992, and was a singles runner-up at the 1994 US Open and the 1996 French Open. Stich won 18 singles titles and ten doubles titles. His career-high singles ranking was world No. 2, achieved in 1993.
