Miller Moss is an American football quarterback for the USC Trojans.
Moss attended Bishop Alemany High School in Mission Hills, Los Angeles, California. He committed to play college football at the University of Southern California (USC). [1] [2]
Moss played in two games his first year at USC in 2021 and took a redshirt. [3] In 2022 and 2023, he was Caleb Williams' backup. After Williams sat out, Moss made his first start in the 2023 Holiday Bowl. [4] [5] Moss led the Trojans to a 42–28 win and was named offensive MVP after throwing a Holiday Bowl–record six touchdowns.
Matthew Stephen Leinart is an American former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons. He played college football for the USC Trojans, winning the Heisman Trophy and leading his team to an undefeated season as a junior, culminating with a victory in the 2004 BCS National Championship. Selected tenth overall by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2006 NFL Draft, Leinart primarily served as Kurt Warner's backup for four seasons. He spent his final three seasons in a backup role for the Houston Texans and the Oakland Raiders. Leinart was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2017.
Patrick Capper Haden is an American former professional football player and college administrator. He was the athletic director at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles from August 2010 to June 2016. He played quarterback for the USC Trojans before playing professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams from 1976 through 1981. He also played in the World Football League (WFL) for the Southern California Sun in 1975.

Mitchell Stewart Mustain is a former professional football player. He played high school football and baseball at Springdale High School in Springdale, Arkansas. Mustain played his first year of college football at the University of Arkansas in 2006 before transferring to the University of Southern California (USC) in 2007. Under NCAA transfer rules, he sat out the 2007 season and started playing for USC in the 2008 season. Mustain graduated from USC in 2010, and proceeded to have a professional football career in the AFL. He did not play baseball in college, opting instead to pursue a football career. Despite this, Mustain would briefly play in Minor League Baseball in 2012.

Matthew Montgomery Barkley is an American football quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). Due to suffering a shoulder injury in his senior season, he was not selected until the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles. Samuel Richard Darnold is an American football quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Southern California (USC), and was selected third overall by the New York Jets in the 2018 NFL Draft. At age 21, he was the NFL's youngest opening-day starting quarterback since the AFL–NFL merger. Darnold served as the Jets' starter from 2018 to 2020, but due to inconsistent play and injuries, he was traded to the Carolina Panthers in 2021. Following two seasons with the Panthers, he joined the 49ers.

Caleb Sequan Williams is an American football quarterback for the USC Trojans. Williams played for the Oklahoma Sooners as a freshman in 2021 before transferring to USC. With the Trojans, he won several player of the year awards in 2022, including the Heisman Trophy, after throwing for 4,537 yards with a school record 52 total touchdowns.
The 2022 USC Trojans football team represented the University of Southern California as a member of the Pac-12 Conference during the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by first-year head coach Lincoln Riley, the Trojans played their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles. They finished the season 11–3, 8–1 in Pac-12 play to earn a trip to the Pac-12 championship game. Ranked No. 4 in the College Football Playoff, they lost to Utah in the conference championship game eliminating them from national championship consideration. They received a bid to the Cotton Bowl Classic where they lost to No. 16-ranked Tulane. Trojans quarterback Caleb Williams was awarded the Heisman Trophy for his performances during the season.
