"Milliondollarsmile" (stylized as "Milliondollar$mile") is a song by Swiss rapper Loredana.
With a length of two minutes and 54 seconds, "Milliondollar$mile" was independently released as a single for digital download and streaming in various countries on 7 December 2018. [1] The single was written by Loredana and German producers Macloud (Laurin Auth) and Miksu (Joshua Allery), with the production handled by the latter two. [2] It was written mostly in German, though a few lyrics are in Albanian. [3] Austrian website Red Bull lauded the Albanian lyrics as well as the single's cover art. [3] Laura Leuenberger from Swiss broadcaster SRF wrote that Loredana delivers autotune with "attitude" confidently spitting over the sound. [4]
The accompanying music video for "Milliondollar$mile" was uploaded to Loredana's official YouTube channel on 7 December 2018, simultaneously with the single's release. Born and raised in Prizren, she rose to prominence in the Albanian-speaking territories during the span of 2018 after the releases of five top-three singles. Her success was further solidified upon her breakthrough in German-speaking territories in 2020 as she signed a record contract with Sony Music.
Loredana Zefi, also known mononymously as Loredana, is a Swiss-born Kosovo Albanian rapper. Her debut single, "Sonnenbrille", was a commercial success in Albania and German-speaking Europe, and received two gold certifications in Austria and Germany. In September 2018, Loredana signed with German subsidiary of Sony Music and released the commercially successful single "Bonnie & Clyde" with husband Mozzik. Her debut studio album, King Lori, followed in September 2019 and reached the top three in the latter countries and Switzerland. It featured several successful singles, including "Eiskalt", "Genick", "Jetzt rufst du an", as well as the rapper's first number-one single in Germany, "Kein Plan".

Gramoz Aliu, known professionally as Mozzik, is a Kosovo-Albanian rapper and singer. Born and raised in Ferizaj, Aliu began to make music at an early age before pursuing a professional career as a rapper. He rose to significant attention in Albanian-speaking countries after signing contract with On Records. Aliu later earned popularity in German-speaking Europe, as he collaborated with his wife and fellow rapper Loredana. Their collaborations achieved commercial success in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and topped the charts in the aforementioned countries. Due to his success, he signed contract with Sony Music Germany and announced his debut studio album to be released in 2020.

The lyrics of the Albanian and German-language song attempt to elaborate their separation and seek to find answers to the questions of why it had come so far. The record premiered following Mozzik's widespread attention and chart success in German-speaking territories. For the record, the rapper collaborated with multiple producers, including Macloud, Miksu, Pllumb, Rzon, Xon Oxa, Kitza and X-plosive.
