HAL Laboratory, Inc., formerly shortened as HALKEN, is a Japanese video game developer founded on 21 February 1980. While independent, it has been closely tied with Nintendo throughout its history, and is often referred to as a second-party developer for the company. HAL Laboratory is headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, and it also has a building at Kai, Yamanashi. The company got its name because "each letter put them one step ahead of IBM". Candy Candy is a Japanese series created by Japanese writer Keiko Nagita under the pen name Kyoko Mizuki. The main character, Candice "Candy" White Ardley, is a blonde girl with freckles, large emerald green eyes and long hair, worn in pigtails with bows. Candy Candy first appeared as a manga in April 1975, written by Mizuki and illustrated by manga artist Yumiko Igarashi, a collaboration which was put together by the Japanese magazine Nakayoshi who were interested in recreating a "masterpiece" manga in the same vein as Heidi, Anne of Green Gables and other famous classic titles of literature read predominantly by young girls. The manga series ran for four years and won the 1st Kodansha Manga Award for shōjo in 1977. The story was adapted into an anime series by Toei Animation. There are also three animated short films.

Kara is a South Korean girl group formed by DSP Media in 2007. The group's current lineup is Gyuri, Seungyeon, Nicole, Jiyoung, and Youngji. Kara made their debut in March 2007 with their first studio album, The First Bloooooming, and its title track, "Break It." Originally a quartet composed of Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Nicole Jung, and Kim Sunghee, Kara showcased a strong female image and a mature R&B sound. Expectations for the group were high because they were considered the successors to their senior labelmates, Fin.K.L; however, their debut was a commercial failure. The following year, Sunghee left the group due to parental pressure, and members Goo Hara and Kang Jiyoung were added.

Zoobles! is a miniature figure toyline created by Spin Master. The toyline is a spin-off of the Bakugan toyline, meant to appeal to the female demographic. Zoobles! were released in August 2010 in the United States, consisting of a wide variety of sphere shaped animal creatures that could close into a ball and when placed on a magnetic stand called "Happitat", would open up into a unique figure. The success of the franchise resulted in the worldwide release of the Spin Master toyline, including Japan, where it is licensed by the Japanese toy division of Sega and has spun one Japanese-Korean animated series and a Nintendo DS game. The toyline was very short-lived, discontinuing in 2012 and went on a hiatus until 2021.
Ayumi Hamasaki Rock 'n' Roll Circus Tour Final: 7 Days Special is the thirteenth Concert DVD by Ayumi Hamasaki. It was released on April 20, 2011 the same day of the release of Ayumi Hamasaki A 50 Singles: Live Selection. This DVD was also release as a Blu-ray Disc. It was originally scheduled to be released at March 30, but was pushed back till April 20 due to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. It charted strong at #1 while Ayumi Hamasaki A 50 Singles: Live Selection charted behind, at #2, making her the first artist to hold #1 and #2 positions on the Oricon DVD Weekly Chart. The sales of these 2 DVDs made her the artist with the second highest DVD sales in Japan with 2,313,000 units sold, behind Arashi.
Ayumi Hamasaki Power of Music 2011 A is Japanese pop singer Ayumi Hamasaki's 13th Tour. Tour started on May 7, 2011, at Hiroshima Green Arena, continued as 'FINAL Chapter' started on September 30, 2011, at Osaka Castle Hall and ending as "Limited Edition" on October 18 and 19, 2011 at Saitama Super Arena. DVD released on March 21, 2012.
Ayumi Hamasaki Arena Tour 2012 A: Hotel Love Songs is Japanese pop singer Ayumi Hamasaki's 34rd live DVD/Blu-ray release of the tour of the same name. It started on April 7, 2012 at Saitama Super Arena, ending with additional performances on October 11, 2012 at Yoyogi National Gymnasium.
