The Ministry of Finance (Catalan : Ministeri de Finances d'Andorra) is the Andorran government ministry in charge of public finances of Andorra. The ministry is located in Prat de la Creu, 62-64, Andorra la Vella.

Andorra, officially the Principality of Andorra, is a sovereign landlocked microstate on the Iberian Peninsula, in the eastern Pyrenees, bordered by France to the north and Spain to the south. It is home to the Sorteny National Park, the largest nature area of Andorra. It has a population of 4,858, as of 2017. He was the leader of the opposition at the General Council between 2005 and 2009.

Andorra has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest six times, debuting in the 2004 contest and participating every year thereafter until the 2009 contest. As of 2023 the nation remains the only country to have never competed in a grand final, with their best result being a 12th-place finish in the 2007 semi-final, and thus failing to qualify. Andorra withdrew from the contest following their 2009 appearance, with the national broadcaster Ràdio i Televisió d'Andorra (RTVA) citing quoting financial difficulties preventing their continued participation. The country has not entered the contest again since. Interest in the contest has however remained high in the principality, while statements from the Andorran government and broadcaster indicated a return was possible, depending on financial backing.

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights in Andorra have advanced significantly in the 21st century. Civil unions, which grant all the benefits of marriage, have been recognized since 2014, and discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is constitutionally banned. The General Council passed a bill on 21 July 2022 that will legalize same-sex marriage in 2023, and convert all civil unions into civil marriage.

Same-sex marriage in Andorra has been legal since 17 February 2023. Andorra first established stable unions on 23 March 2005, providing same-sex couples with some of the rights and benefits of marriage, and later enacted civil unions on 25 December 2014, offering a greater set of rights. On 21 July 2022, the General Council voted to open civil marriage to same-sex couples. The law was promulgated by Co-Prince Emmanuel Macron on 17 August 2022, and came into effect six months later.

Typical documents include laws, regulations, administrative acts, and any other document that has a legal requirement to be published. The act of being published in the Official Bulletin validates and invests the documents with legal force. It was created on January 30, 1989, and is governed by four articles.

The Ministry of Social Affairs, Justice and Interior of Andorra is responsible for social care and protection, employment and work. The ministry aims to guarantee the internal security of citizens and their assets, civil status, the regulation of migration and integration policy to guarantee social cohesion, the fight against crime, international collaboration in matters judicial and police, and protecting the population from any natural risk or catastrophe.

In the parliamentary elections in Andorra on 2 April 2023, the incumbent liberal-conservative coalition between Democrats for Andorra (DA) and Committed Citizens (CC) won an absolute majority led by Prime Minister Xavier Espot. This is the fourth legislature in a row in which DA governs the country. A new party, Concord, emerged in second place, taking the opposition leadership held by the Social Democratic Party since 2019, which fell to third place by losing four seats.
