Miraculous Corp. is a French IP holding and production company founded by Pierre-Antoine Capton and Jeremy Zag on May 13, 2024 to help control, manage and expand the Miraculous franchise. Their companies Mediawan and ZAG, Inc. hold a 60% and 40% stake in the company respectively. ^[1]

The company consists of the popular Miraculous Ladybug franchise which includes Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir , and the label The Awakening Production, which was founded a few years prior and produced Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie .

On June 10, 2024, the company hired Andy Yeatman to be the company's CEO. ^[2]
