Miran Vodovnik (born 11 September 1977) is a Slovenian shot putter. His personal best throw and Slovene record is 20.76 metres, achieved in June 2006 in Thessaloniki.
He finished eleventh at the 2004 Olympic Games, seventh at the 2007 European Indoor Championships and sixth at the 2007 World Championships. He also competed at the 2003 World Championships and 2005 World Championships and the 2008 Olympic Games without reaching the final.
James Bruce Tomkins, is an Australian rower, seven-time World Champion and a three-time Olympic gold medalist. He is Australia's most awarded oarsman, having made appearances at six Olympic games ; eleven World Championships ; four Rowing World Cups and eighteen state representative King's Cup appearances – the Australian blue riband men's VIII event,. Tomkins is one of only five Australian athletes and four rowers worldwide to compete at six Olympics. From 1990 to 1998 he was the stroke of Australia's prominent world class crew – the coxless four known as the Oarsome Foursome.
Ben Fouhy is a New Zealand flatwater and marathon canoeist who has been competing since the early 2000s. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won the silver in the K-1 1000 m event at Athens in 2004, as well as finishing fourth in the 2008 Olympics and ninth in the 2012 Olympics in the same event. He is the recipient of the 2003 Halberg Award for NZ Sportsman of the Year and a former world record holder in the K1 1000m event.

Churandy Thomas Martina is a Dutch sprinter. He originally placed second in the 200 metres at the 2008 Beijing Olympics but was later disqualified due to a lane violation. Martina secured four and two individual top-five finishes at the Summer Olympics and World Athletics Championships respectively. He was the 100 metres 2007 Pan American Games champion representing the Netherlands Antilles and claimed three individual titles at the Central American and Caribbean Games. He won gold medals in the 200 m and 100 m at the 2012 and 2016 European Athletics Championships respectively.

Sergey Yuryevich Tetyukhin is a former Russian volleyball player. He was born in Fergana, Uzbekistan. He is 1.97 m tall, and plays as passer-attacker. Together with Samuele Papi and Sérgio Santos he is one of only three male volleyball players who have accumulated four Olympic medals in the course of their long sporting careers. Tetyukhin, however, has the distinction of being the only volleyball player in the world with four Olympic medals who has all three types of those awards, including gold at London Olympics. He competed at six Summer Olympics, being the flag-bearer in 2016.

Michael Fred Phelps II is an American former competitive swimmer. He is the most successful and most decorated Olympian of all time with a total of 28 medals. Phelps also holds the all-time records for Olympic gold medals (23), Olympic gold medals in individual events (13), and Olympic medals in individual events (16). At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Phelps tied the record of eight medals of any color at a single Games, held by gymnast Alexander Dityatin, by winning six gold and two bronze medals. Four years later, when he won eight gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Games, he broke fellow American swimmer Mark Spitz's 1972 record of seven first-place finishes at any single Olympic Games. Kim Sung-Bum is a South Korean judoka, who competed in the men's heavyweight category. He is a two-time Olympian, and four-time medalist at the Asian Judo Championships. He defeated Iran's Mahmoud Miran for the gold medal in the open weight division at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar. Kim also captured two more medals for the same division at the 2003 Summer Universiade in Jeju City, and at the 2007 Summer Universiade in Bangkok, Thailand.
Miran Maričić is a Croatian sport shooter. He won the Junior World Champion title at ISSF Junior World Championship in Suhl, Germany 2017. On the 2018 ISSF World Shooting Championship held between 31 August - 15 September 2018 in Changwon, South Korea he won bronze medal in 10m Air Rifle Men and also a Tokyo 2020 Olympic Quota place for Croatia. Miran is a member of a shooting team "SD Bjelovar 1874" under his personal coach Damir Bošnjak. He studies information technology at Faculty of Organization and Informatics Varaždin (FOI).
