Sissy Handler (born 6 May 1976 in Graz) is an Austrian singer, songwriter, vocal coach and producer. She is best known under her stage name of MisSiss. Her music is mainly pop, soul, R&B and gospel.

Sissy Handler comes from a musical family. After obtaining her certificate of secondary education from Fürstenfeld high school, she attended the tourism college in Bad Gleichenberg. She then sang in several pop, soul and blues bands before taking classical voice training with Margarita Kyriaki-Wagner and additional singing lessons with Romana Carén, Dean Kaelin, Mary Ann Kehler, Wendy Parr and Leon Bérrange. She subsequently developed her special interest in black music, especially in soul, R&B and gospel. [1] Her first musical role as Sister Robert Ann in Nunsense was followed by further projects. In 2006, she founded the Soulistics, the band with which she still performs her own songs in full orchestration. [2] She also reached the finals in the 2008 Ö3 sound check with her single Diva backed by her band Soulistics. The album of the same name, launched in the summer of 2012, had been planned beforehand, and production of the album had already started. At the same time, she was also singing with the gospel/soul/pop ensemble Gospel and More, a group she has been singing with since 2006. Together with Ingrid Diem, she founded Voicedimensions – vocal training and coaching for aspiring professionals the following year. In 2015, together with Veronika Fiegl, Handler founded the platform You're the Voice, a workshop series for aspiring singers and professional singers.
Her collaboration with the Argentine producer Ariel Gato resulted in the album Sissita's Soul Tangos [3] with Fernando Suárez Paz (Astor Piazzolla’s first violinist) and Gabriel Senanes (former conductor of the Teatro Colón). This was followed by live tours with these Argentine musicians, in 2010 in South America, and in 2011 in Germany and Austria. Sissita's Soul Tangos has been broadcast on over eighty German radio stations to date. At the end of 2011, she sang as a member of the gospel quartet Gospel & More the Coca Cola Truck Tour and was seen as a gospel singer in the Christmas film "Weihnachtsengel küsst man nicht". She brought out her second album Soulistics in the summer of 2012. In 2014, the single He's So Special became Radio Wien’s summer hit of the year.
She also works as a singer and songwriter with colleagues like Eva Maria Marold, for whom she wrote the songs for the album Ziemlich 30. She also worked as a composer, texter and singer with Christoph Brüx.

"Step by Step" is a song recorded by Whitney Houston, originally written and recorded by Annie Lennox. The song appeared on the B-side to Lennox's 1992 single "Precious". Whitney Houston released a reworked crossover R&B/pop cover version in 1996 on the soundtrack to the film The Preacher's Wife. Houston's version replaces Lennox's verses with new lyrics and omits portions of the bridge. Annie Lennox provides backing vocals for Houston's rendition. "Don't Go" is a song by British synth-pop band Yazoo. It was released in 1982 as the second single from their debut album, Upstairs at Eric's. The song peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Yazoo's second top 5 hit. In the US, where the band was known as Yaz, the song was their second big hit on the American dance chart, where it spent two weeks at number one in October 1982. Their first American dance chart hit was "Situation", which had also gone to number one on this chart earlier the same year. The music video for the song features band members Alison Moyet and Vince Clarke in a sort of haunted mansion with Clarke cast in the role of Victor Frankenstein. The song re-entered the UK Dance Chart on 13 December 2009 at number 30, peaking at number 15 on 2 January 2010.

The group's final line-up included only Aicelle Santos and Maricris Garcia; Jona departed the group on December 15, 2013. La Diva has sold more than 20,000 albums in the Philippines, and earned several achievements including Awit Awards and two PMPC Star Awards for Music. These successes lead the group to being the fourth best-selling female group in the Philippines behind the Sexbomb Girls, Aegis and the Mocha Girls. They are known for the 2012 hit "I Know He's There," which was featured in the OST of Legacy. In 2009 from Manny Pacquiao against Miguel Cotto they're sang The National Anthem of the Philippines but NHI was bad reviews for them.

Released by Columbia in 1991, the song was the duo's fifth number-one on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. On other US charts, "A Deeper Love" peaked at number 83 on the soul singles chart and number 44 on the pop chart. Overseas, especially in Europe the single charted higher, going to number 15 in the UK and number eight on the Dutch Top 40.
