Mishkino (Russian : Мишкино) is the name of several inhabited localities in Russia.

Russian is an East Slavic language, which is official in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as being widely used throughout Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Mishkinsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Kurgan Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,050 square kilometers (1,180 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Mishkino. Population: 17,684 (2010 Census); 22,076 ; 26,444 (1989 Census). The population of Mishkino accounts for 45.4% of the district's total population.

The area of the district is 1,598 square kilometers (617 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality of Starobaltachevo. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 21,623, with the population of Starobaltachevo accounting for 25.9% of that number.
