Miss Star International is the world's biggest beauty pageant for transgender women. [1] [2]
The pageant is owned and run by Spain-based Thara Wells & Rincon Tranny. It has been held annually in Barcelona, Catalonia, since 2010. The mission of the pageant is LGBTQ and Transgender awareness and equality in both society and workforce. [3] [4] [5]
The current titleholder of Miss Star International 2025 is Kloe Rios-Wyatt from Mexico, who was crowned in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
