Miss Universe is an annual international major beauty pageant that is run by a United States and Thailand-based Miss Universe Organization. Along with Miss World, Miss International, and Miss Earth, it is one of the Big Four beauty pageants.

This year, representatives from 47 provinces have been selected Manita Farmer of Phuket crowned her successor Chonnikarn Supittayaporn of Chiang Mai at the end of the event. Chonnikarn will represent Thailand at Miss Global 2023 in Vietnam.
