Miss Universe Thailand 2016, the 17th Miss Universe Thailand pageant was held at Siam Paragon in Bangkok on 23 July 2016. [1] 40 entrants from countrywide camped in Ayuthaya before flying back to Bangkok for the final stage.
The final night was broadcast live on Channel 3. The winner will be sent to Miss Universe 2016. Miss Universe Thailand 2015, crowned Chalita Suansane (a representative from Samut Prakan) at the end of the event. Chalita will represent Thailand at the Miss Universe 2016 competition and Atcharee will participate in Miss Earth 2016. Both of competitions was held in Philippines and at the same location.

Miss Thailand Universe 2009, the tenth Miss Universe Thailand pageant held at Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok, in Bangkok, Thailand on 28 March 2009. The contestants arrived at Ko Samui, Surat Thani a week earlier to do activities before coming back to Bangkok for rehearsals.
Miss Thailand Universe 2005 was the sixth Miss Thailand Universe pageant, held at Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok, in Bangkok, Thailand on 26 March 2005. The 44 contestants arrived in Phuket to participate in activities a week earlier, then returned to Bangkok to compete in the final round, which was broadcast live on BBTV Channel 7.

Forty entrants from countrywide camped in Ubon Ratchathani before flying back to Bangkok for the final stage. Since this year, Miss Universe Thailand has gotten the license of Miss Earth again.

Miss Grand Thailand is a Thai beauty pageant that has been held annually since 2013 to select who represents Thailand at Miss Grand International. The pageant has been owned by Nawat Itsaragrisil since its inception and was previously broadcast on Channel 7 from 2013 – 2019 then instead switched to be aired on One 31 after the pageant ends its partnership with the Channel 7 in 2020.
