Release and reception

Mithra Mandali was released on 16 October 2025. ^[5]

The Times of India stated that, "the premise is promising, but the execution struggles to balance absurd comedy with social commentary". ^[6] In a similar tone, Aditya Devulapally of Cinema Express stated, " The film’s heart is in the right place, but its rhythm is out of tune". ^[7] The Hindu quoted it as "more noise, little fun". ^[8]
