Moses Bildad Adome (born 28 December 1983) is a Ugandan administrator and politician. He is the elected Member of Parliament for Jie County, Kotido District, and a representative for NRM, the ruling political party in Uganda. He is a member of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus and serves on the Committee on Health in the 10th Parliament of Uganda. Also, he is the founding chairperson of the USAID funded Warrior Squad Foundation (WSF), based in Karamoja Sub-region. [1]

He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, and was replaced by Mary Goretti Kitutu on 8 June 2021. He previously served as Minister of Works and Transport between March 2015 and June 2016, replacing Abraham Byandala who was appointed Minister Without Portfolio. He is also the elected Member of Parliament, representing Ibanda County South, Ibanda District. He was first elected to that position in 2001.

Losilang is a Sub-County in Kotido District of northern Uganda. It lies to the northeast of Kotido town. It has an area of 144.3 square kilometres (55.7 sq mi). Estimated population in 2009 was 17,000. Losilang was one of the early centers of the Karamojong cluster of related people. From here, the Toposa people drifted northeast and then west to settle in Kapoeta by 1830. In more recent times, Losilang has been the scene of clashes between armed warriors and Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF) troops seeking illegal arms and property. On 19 May 2006 there were several hours of fighting, between 200 and 500 houses were burned down and several civilians died.
Soroti–Amuria–Abim–Kotido Road is a road in the Eastern and Northern Regions of Uganda. The road connects the towns of Soroti in Soroti District, to Amuria in Amuria District, Abim in Abim District, and Kotido, in Kotido District. He served in that position from 6 June 2016 to 2021 when he was appointed Ambassador of Uganda to Moscow a position he currently holds. Kizige also served as the elected member of parliament, representing Bugabula North Constituency, in Kamuli District, in the 10th Parliament of Uganda (2016–2021).
Godfrey Ssuubi Kiwanda is a Ugandan politician. He was the State Minister for Tourism in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He concurrently serves as the elected representative of Mityana County North, Mityana District in the 10th Ugandan Parliament (2016–2021).

Rose Lilly Akello is a Ugandan politician and social worker representing Karenga District as the district woman member of parliament in the eleventh parliament of Uganda. In the ninth and tenth parliament, she served as the district woman member of parliament representing Kaabong District. Rose opted to represent Karenga District instead of Kaabong district because Karenga was carved out of Kaabong on 1 July 2019. She became the Kaabong District Woman MP after winning a by-election in 2017 against Ms Christine Tubo Nakwang. She is affiliated to the ruling political party, NRM.
