Mukhtar Suleiman (born 10 October 1998) is a Somalian footballer who plays as a forward for Tweede Divisie club Spakenburg, and the Somalia national team. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]

Club Career

Suleiman played in the lower leagues of the Netherlands, notably scoring fifteen goals for Hollandia before a move to Oostzaan. [11]

On 7 December 2022, it was announced that Suleiman would join Tweede Divisie club Spakenburg from the 2023–24 season. [12] He had a highly successful first season at the club, scoring 16 goals in 32 league appearances, helping Spakenburg to the league title; his third consecutive Tweede Divisie win, following two previous wins with Katwijk. International career

Suleiman was called up to the Somalia national football team in March 2022. He scored in a 3–1 friendly loss to Tanzanian club team Azam. [16]

    Sportclub Veendam was a Dutch professional association football club based in Veendam, province of Groningen. Founded on 4 September 1894 as Look-Out, it became P.J.
