Awards
Once the group, orchestra, band and/or choir performs at the performance area, they go to the amusement park of the director's choice, and at night, they go to the location of which they are told, according to where they performed, and are given their awards at a ceremony. Students from each group are asked to represent the school or group and receive the award in honor of the school. Every group gets an award, and there are rankings (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on) according to how many groups entered. There are also scales on which how you performed (90 - 100% = Superior, 80 - 89.9% = Excellent, 70-79.9% = Good, 60 - 69.9% = Fair, 50 - 59% = Poor, and <50 = Participant) But even if you win 1st, you are not guaranteed Superior, and if you are placed last, you can still be Superior (since that is based on the performance score).

The original $69 million facility was opened on August 30, 2004. The Humanities Building - a new, $17 million, two-story, 30,000-square-foot facility - was unveiled on September 1, 2015. The school is commonly known as Beckman and is named after Arnold Orville Beckman: a scientist, chemist, and philanthropist famed for inventing the pH scale during his tenure at Caltech.
Lord Byng Secondary School is a public secondary school located in the West Point Grey neighbourhood on the west side of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The school opened in 1925 and was named in honour of The Lord Byng of Vimy, a hero of Vimy Ridge as well as the Gallipoli Campaign, who was largely responsible for the incorporation of tanks on a large scale at the Battle of Cambrai in 1917. At the time the school opened, Lord Byng was the Governor General of Canada. The school is widely renowned in the Greater Vancouver region for its selective Byng Arts mini-school program, as well as for its varsity sports programs and wide assortment of Advanced Placement and Enriched courses.

Amusement Today is a monthly periodical that features articles, news, pictures and reviews about all things relating to the amusement park industry, including parks, rides, and ride manufacturers. The trade newspaper, which is based in Arlington, Texas, United States, was founded in January 1997 by Gary Slade, Virgil E. Moore III and Rick Tidrow. In 1997, Amusement Today won the Impact Award in the services category for "Best New Product" from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). A year later, in 1998, the magazine founded the Golden Ticket Awards, for which it has become best known for throughout the amusement park industry. On January 2, 2001, Slade bought out his two partners, giving him sole ownership of the paper. The paper has two full-time and two part-time staff members at its Arlington office, along with two full-time writers and several freelance writers in various parts of the world.
The Centerville Schools Performing Arts Center is a theater venue in the Dayton, Ohio area that opened in December 2007. It has a 1,200-seat main auditorium and contains a modern dance studio, scene shop, and other support areas. A prominent feature of the center is the two-story glass lobby. The new PAC was financed by a levy and was built at the back of Centerville High School. The cost of the project was about $7.5 million.

Dr. Kanniks Kannikeswaran, popularly known as Kanniks, is an Indo-American musician, scholar, composer, writer and music educator based out of Cincinnati, OH... Often described as ‘The Magic Musician From Madras’, Kanniks has numerous productions, choral performances, lectures, workshops and articles to his name. He has founded and led community choirs in 10 cities in North America including Cincinnati OH, Bethlehem PA, Houston TX, Tampa FL, Ft. Lauderdale FL, Minneapolis/St Paul MN, Toronto ON, Washington DC, Atlanta GA and Chicago IL. He has expanded his work to Europe. He has done extensive research on the music and life of 19th century composer Muthuswami Dikshitar.
