Mykola Kulinich graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1976,master's Degree in International Relations;Post-Graduate Course in History of International Relations,Kyiv State University (1979). Doctoral Degree (Ph. D.) in History of International Relations (1982).
