N.O. Hits at All are a series of compilation albums by American musician Nick Oliveri, released through Heavy Psych Sounds Records. [1] The tracks used on these albums are from bands Oliveri has provided vocals for either as a member or a guest.

Background

In November 2016, Oliveri announced the release of a series of compilation albums titled, N.O. Hits at All, to be issued on Heavy Psych Sounds Records. [2] As of 2024, nine volumes have been released. [1]

Blues for the Red Sun is the second studio album by American rock band Kyuss, released in 1992. While the album received mainly favorable reviews, it fared poorly commercially, selling only 39,000 units. It has since become a very influential album within the stoner rock genre. It was the last Kyuss album to feature bassist Nick Oliveri, who was replaced by Scott Reeder shortly after recording had been completed. The album is dedicated to Oliveri's father who died in a car accident in 1991.

"Like a Drug" has been re-recorded and features on certain special editions of Lullabies to Paralyze. Marc Diamond is an American lead guitarist best known for his work with seminal hardcore band Dwarves as well as the Los Angeles hard rock outfit Motochrist. He previously played in the bands Texas Terri Bomb, and Mondo Generator. His work has been featured in both TV and film, and has appeared on myriad recordings by other artists.
