Andrew Whitworth, former Tackle for the Los Angeles Rams, criticized the list and its voting process, calling it a "joke" and "content filler". [4] Kyle Shanahan, coach of the San Francisco 49ers, said that he doesn't pay attention to it. [5] Myles Garrett, All-Pro defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, said that he should be ranked first, but also noted that he does not vote. [6]

Harold Leon Jackson is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) from 1968 through 1983. Jackson was drafted in the 12th round of the 1968 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams. In 2014, Jackson was hired to serve as head coach at his alma mater Jackson State. He was fired five games into the 2015 season.

It started later than in previous years, and the show was shown in 4 consecutive days instead. Baltimore Ravens quarterback and reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson was voted number 1. The New Orleans Saints had the most selections with 7, while the Cincinnati Bengals, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, and Washington Football Team had no selections. Atlanta Falcons running back Todd Gurley had the biggest drop, dropping 46 spots. Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry had the biggest increase in position jumping 89 spots. Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown, who was a free agent at the time the countdown aired, was the highest ranking player from the 2019 countdown, ranked 7th in 2019, to not be ranked in 2020.

The Mob Squad is a nickname that was officially used by the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League during both their last season in St. Louis and their first seasons back in Los Angeles. The nickname referred to the team's return to glory in Los Angeles under such players as Aaron Donald, Todd Gurley, Jared Goff, Cooper Kupp, and head coach Sean McVay. The naming also extends to fans of the Rams, primarily used by multiple booster clubs around Southern California.

<i>NFL Top 100 Players of 2021</i> Season of television series

NFL Top 100 Players of 2021 is the eleventh season in the NFL Top 100 series. It premiered on August 15, 2021, and concluded on August 28, 2021. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was named the number one player.

The 2021 All-Pro teams were named by the Associated Press (AP), Pro Football Writers of America (PFWA), and Sporting News (SN) for performance in the 2021 NFL season. Any player selected to the first-team of any of the teams can be described as an "All-Pro." The AP team, with first-team and second-team selections, was chosen by a national panel of fifty NFL writers and broadcasters. The Sporting News All-NFL team was voted on by NFL players and executives. The PFWA team is selected by its more than 300 national members who are accredited media members covering the NFL.

The 2023 Pro Bowl Games was the National Football League's all-star game for the 2022 NFL season. For the first time, the event consisted of skills competitions and non-contact flag football games, rather than an actual tackle football game. It was held at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, the Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center in Henderson, Nevada, and Bear's Best Golf Course in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 2 and 5, 2023. Voting began on November 15, 2022, and the rosters were announced on December 21, 2022.
