Details

Akawungeezi is one of the most watched television programmes in Uganda. [1] It is aired daily, with news anchors who include Faridah Nakazibwe, Frank Walusimbi, and Patrick Mukasa; and news reporters including Solomon Kaweesa and Joyce Bagala. [2] [3]

According to GeoPoll, the top three Luganda TV new programs that aired during the 7 – 8 p.m. timeslot were NTV Uganda's Akawungeezi(18% share); Bukedde 1’s Agabutikidde(15% share); and NBS Television's Amasengejje(11%) [4] [1]

TV3 is a Malaysian free-to-air television channel owned by Media Prima conglomerate. It was launched on 1 June 1984 as the country's first and oldest private television channel. As of October 2021, NTV7 is now become the second most-watched television station in Malaysia with about 15% of its viewing share, together with TV9, despite the declining viewership of 2 free-to-air television channels.

DidikTV KPM is a Malaysian educational television network owned, produced and operated by a joint-venture between the Educational Technology Division of Malaysia's Ministry of Education and Media Prima Berhad. The network will be airing educational programming for various school subjects.

NTV (Bangladeshi TV channel) Bangladeshi television channel

NTV, an acronym of less commonly used National Television, is a Bangladeshi satellite and cable television channel based in the BSEC Building in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. It was launched on 2 July 2003, and is one of Bangladesh's most popular television channels. In the anniversary of the channel, the founder expressed interest in creating NTV2 to satisfy the watchers further. NTV is owned by Mosaddek Ali Falu, a businessman. He was leader & vice president of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party.

TV9 is a Malaysian free-to-air television network launched on 22 April 2006 as a subsidiary of Media Prima Berhad. It airs programming that tends mostly towards the Malay demographic. The channel formerly existed as Channel 9 from 9 September 2003 until 3 February 2005 due to financial difficulties faced by the operator. TV9 started broadcasting 24 hours a day on 6 May 2019.

The Daily Monitor is a Ugandan independent daily newspaper. Its name is shared by the Saturday Monitor and Sunday Monitor, which are also published by Monitor Publications Limited.
