Nathan A. Freese (born August 18, 1990) is a former American football placekicker. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at Boston College.
Freese attended and played college football at Boston College as a placekicker. [1] He converted 114 of 117 extra point attempts and 70 of 81 field goal attempts in his college career. [2]
Freese was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the seventh round (229th overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft. [3] During the 2014 Training Camp for the Lions, Freese beat out teammate Giorgio Tavecchio for the kicker position. [4] However, after his fourth missed field goal attempt in the first three weeks of the regular season, the Lions released Freese on September 22, 2014. [5] [6] [7]

During his nine seasons in Miami, Yepremian was named to two Pro Bowls, twice received first-team All-Pro honors, and helped the Dolphins win two Super Bowl titles. Yepremian's first championship victory in Super Bowl VII occurred as a member of the 1972 Dolphins, the only team to complete a perfect season in NFL history. He also played for the Detroit Lions, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before retiring in 1981.
