The National University of La Pampa (Spanish : Universidad Nacional de La Pampa, UNLPAM) is an Argentine national university, situated in the city of Santa Rosa, capital of La Pampa Province.

The Bahía Blanca and North Western Railway was a British-owned railway company that operated in Argentina. The original project was the rail line to run through the provinces of Buenos Aires, Córdoba and San Luis, tracks were only extended to Toay in La Pampa and Huinca Renancó in Córdoba. The BB&NWR was also the first railway line to reach La Pampa.

Rubén Marín

Rubén Hugo Marín is a former Argentine Senator for La Pampa Province. He was also a governor of the province on two occasions. Marín, a lawyer by profession, is a member of the Argentine Justicialist Party.

Óscar Mario Jorge is an Argentine Justicialist Party politician who was governor of La Pampa Province from 2007 to 2015.

National University of Misiones

The National University of Misiones is a public university in Argentina; founded by the law 20.286 on April 16, 1973, as part of the Taquini plan, a program of reorganization of the top education that would take the foundation of universities of Jujuy, La Pampa, Lomas de Zamora, Entre Ríos, Luján, Catamarca, Salta, San Juan, San Luis y Santiago del Estero, form to more than 11.000 pupils, between them numerous foreigners, given their border location with Paraguay and Brazil. It has a publishing house and a radio station, LRH301 FM Universidad Nacional de Misiones, that streams in Ogg Vorbis format.

José Benjamín Zubiaur

José Benjamín Zubiaur (1856–1921) was an Argentine educator. Promoter of sport, physical education, and the modern Olympic movement. He was one of the thirteen original members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). He was the rector of the Concepción del Uruguay College and Director at the Escuelas de la provincia de Corrientes. After 1915 he was Director of Education, Ministry of Education. He was characterized by their innovative teaching ideas to expand education to all social sectors, including content such as physical education, industrial education, practical activities, etc. as well as methods like night school, rural schools, education both sexes combined, and so on.

Juan Carlos Tedesco

The Certificate of Use of Language in Spanish, or CELU, is an exam designed to determine the level of proficiency in the Argentinian Spanish language. The exam can be taken by anyone whose mother language is not Spanish and needs to demonstrate he has a certain level of proficiency of the language, whether it is for working or studying, in Spanish-speaking countries. Japanese migration to Argentina began in 1908 with the arrival of immigrants from Okinawa and Kagoshima. Lapampasaurus is an extinct genus of hadrosaurid known from the Late Cretaceous Allen Formation of La Pampa Province, Argentina. It contains a single species, Lapampasaurus cholinoi.

The Governor of La Pampa Province is a citizen of La Pampa Province, in Argentina, holding the office of governor for the corresponding term. The governor is elected alongside a vice-governor. Currently the governor of La Pampa is Carlos Verna.
