Nazmus Sadat (born 18 October 1986) is a Bangladeshi cricketer who has represented Bangladesh A and has played a Twenty20 International for his country. A left-handed batsman,he plays domestic cricket for Khulna Division. [1]
Muhammad Anwar es-Sadat was an Egyptian politician and military officer who served as the third president of Egypt,from 15 October 1970 until his assassination by fundamentalist army officers on 6 October 1981. Sadat was a senior member of the Free Officers who overthrew King Farouk I in the Egyptian Revolution of 1952,and a close confidant of President Gamal Abdel Nasser,under whom he served as vice president twice and whom he succeeded as president in 1970. In 1978,Sadat and Menachem Begin,Prime Minister of Israel,signed a peace treaty in cooperation with United States President Jimmy Carter,for which they were recognized with the Nobel Peace Prize.

In Iran,after the revolution,it is mandatory to mention "Seyed" or "Sadat" in the names of seyeds or sadats whose descent from Muhammad has been mentioned in ID cards of their fathers or parental grandfathers.

Abu Sadat Mohammad Sayem was a Bangladeshi jurist and statesman. He was the first Chief Justice of Bangladesh from 1972 to 1975. 1972–1975 Bangladesh insurgency refers to the period after the independence of Bangladesh when left-wing insurgents,particularly the Gonobahini fought against the government of the Prime Minister Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The government responded by forming the Jatiya Rakkhi Bahini,which began a crackdown on the general populace. The force became involved in the numerous charges of human rights abuse including political killings,shooting by death squads,and large number of rapes on women.
