Overview

The title song "Nella stanza 26" (in English: "In the room 26") was inspired and dedicated to a girl who wrote the anonymous letter in which is told she has to prostitute to maintain her family. [1] The other songs often tell stories of love gone wrong. [1] In 2007, for the title song Nek received the prestigious Lunezia "Poesia del Rock" award. [2]

It includes the hit single "Instabile", which peaked at number three, [3] and ranked in the Top 5 for 6 weeks. [4]

Enrico Nigiotti is an Italian singer-songwriter. After signing a recording deal with Sugar Music, he released his debut single, "Addio", in 2008. Between 2009 and 2010, he was a contestant in the ninth series of Italian talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi. He decided to leave the competition to avoid an elimination round against his then-girlfriend, dancer Elena D'Amario. His eponymous extended play was released by Sugar on 26 March 2010, and entered the top 50 of the FIMI Italian Albums Chart.
