Nepal Police V.C. is a Nepalese women's professional volleyball club based in Kathmandu and owned and managed by Nepal Police. The club was founded in 2003 and currently a participant in the PM Cup NVA Volleyball League. Nepal Police V.C. are the champions PM Cup NVA Volleyball League [1] and has won the title second times in the NVA Women's Volleyball League.

The NPC has a historic rivallry with the Armed Police Force (APF) volleyball club, often facing them in tournament finals. [2] [3]

History

In 2019, the Nepal Police Club won the National Women's Volleyball tournament title, defeating New Diamond Academy in straight sets: 25–16, 25–14 and 25–20. [4]

NPC V.C. became first women's volleyball club from Nepal to participate in any international level club competition by participating in CAVA Women's Club Volleyball Championship 2024 organized by CAVA & hosted by Maldives Volleyball Association.

In total, eight teams from Nepal participated in the tournament and were joined by two teams from India. United Sikkim FC from Gangtok, India was also supposed to play in this tournament but had to withdraw due to a "technical problem". It was replaced by Kanchanjunga FC.

The tournament had 5 teams including Lalitpur Mayor's XI along with 4 teams that reached the semi-finals of the Prime Minister's Cup Women's T-20 National Tournament. The Lalitpur Mayor's XI team is formed from the players of remaining four provinces that did not reach the semi-finals of Prime Minister's Cup. All team play with each other's in round-robin format with top two team advancing to the finals.

Saraswoti Chaudhary is a volleyball player from Nepal. She is a member of the Nepal National Women's Volleyball Team and plays for the Nepal Armed Police Force (APF) Club Women.
