Ozone Park is a neighborhood in the southwestern section of the New York City borough of Queens, New York, United States. It is next to the Aqueduct Racetrack in South Ozone Park, a popular spot for Thoroughbred racing and home to the Resorts World Casino & Hotel. PS 184M Shuang Wen School, a public school in New York City also known as PS 184, is a Dual Language elementary and middle school located in Lower Manhattan. The school teaches students from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade. It is a part of the New York City Department of Education and located in Manhattan District 1 which includes the Lower East Side and East Village. A major $1.7 million renovation of the school playground and soccer field was completed in 2019 by the Trust for Public Land and DEP. In the elementary school, the school teaches in Traditional Chinese and utilizes the zhuyin phonetic system popular in Taiwan. During the typical school day, one day is taught in English and other day is in Mandarin. As a Dual Language school, classes in both languages are a mandatory part of the curriculum.

Brooklyn School of Inquiry , often referred to as BSI, is a progressive, constructivist New York City public school, located at 50 Avenue P in the Bensonhurst neighborhood of Brooklyn. It grew by one grade annually until 2016, when it reached capacity as an elementary/middle school serving students from kindergarten through grade eight. BSI is the only citywide Gifted and Talented (G&T) program in Brooklyn and one of five in all of New York City. G&T programs are provided for students identified as gifted and talented by assessments that are administered by the New York City Department of Education(DOE). For the program, students are selected solely based on test scores. To be eligible for placement to Citywide G&T programs, students have to score at or above the 97th percentile on the assessments administered.

Scott M. Kopytko Triangle is a 0.0023-acre (100 sq ft) public green space in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, New York City. It is bound by 158th Street, Oak Avenue, and Quince Avenue. The triangle's shape is the result of two street grids intersecting with each other to form this small green space. To the park's west, streets named after plants, such as Poplar, Quince, and Rose, recall Flushing's past as America's premier horticultural center at the site of what is now Kissena Park. William Prince established the New World's first commercial nursery in Flushing 1735.
The Clinton School is a New York City public middle and high school located in the Union Square section of Manhattan, New York. For over twenty years Clinton was located on the top floor of the elementary school PS 11 but has now relocated to a new building near Union Square.
