Ngleshie Amanfro Senior High School (also known as NASEC) [1] is a co-educational and public secondary school located at Ngleshie Amanfro in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. [2] [3] [4] In March 2024, students of the school were involved in a brawl with students of Christian Methodist Senior High School which resulted in the death of two students. [5] In 2023, UBA Ghana in collaboration with the UBA Foundation Read Africa project donated African Literature books to the school. [6]

According to a news of News Ghana in 2015, the school is established in February 1991 with nine students and has a around 2,100 students. [7]

Mrs Elizabeth Adjei, then Headmistress, appealed to the government to establish two more SHS at Kasoa because of the increasing education needs of pupils as the school is always under pressure during admissions. [7]
