Nick Kovalakides (born 1939/1940) [2] [b] is an American javelin thrower.
Kovalakides was born in Princeton, New Jersey, [3] the son of Greek immigrants. [4] He attended Princeton High School, graduating in 1957. [5]
Kovalakides was an All-American for the Maryland Terrapins track and field team, finishing 5th in the javelin at the 1959 NCAA Track and Field Championships. [6]
Kovalakides competed at the 1963 Pan American Games, winning the silver medal in the men's javelin throw event. [7]
