Nikkesha Rangwala is an Indian-Canadian film and television actress known for Inti No. 13, Dirty Fellow, Dream Lock and her role as Amal Mirza in Haq Se. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Early life

Rangwala was born on 8 February 1995 in Vancouver, Canada. She holds a bachelor of science degree from University of British Columbia and pursued formal acting training at Vancouver Film School, John Casablanca Insitiute, and Roshan Taneja's institute for Acting in Mumbai. [5] [6] [2]

Career

Rangwala made her acting debut in 2013 indian film Lucky Man and in 2017, she appeared in Gujrati romantic film Rok Tok. [7] [8] She portrayed the role of Amal Mirza in AltBalaji's Haq Se in 2018 and afterwards she appeared as Sruthi in 2020 mystery thriller film Missing: Search vs Revenge. [9] [10] In 2024 she was seen in Telugu-language horror thriller movie Inti No. 13 and subsequently in romantic action drama film Dirty Fellow as Saira and later appeared in tamil drama movie Bhai: Sleeper Cells. [11] [3] [12] She also played the role of Jennifer in drama thriller movie Dream Lock (2024). Rangwala is better known as Nikki Kaur in punjabi music industry she has acted as female lead in several hit punjabi music videos including, Photo by Singga, Fallin Apart and Kya Baat Aa by Karan Aujla, Struggler by R. Nait, Do You Remember by Jordan Sandhu, Regret by Ammy Virk, Raja Rani By Ninja and more. [13] [14] [15] [16] [17]

Qismat (transl. Destiny) is a 2018 Punjabi romantic drama film written and directed by Jagdeep Sidhu. Produced by Shri Narotam Ji Productions, the film stars Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta in lead roles along with Guggu Gill, Tania and Harby Sangha in supporting roles. It was titled after a 2017 song of the same name, sung by Virk and starring Mehta in its music video. The film follows a man who falls in love whilst studying in Chandigarh, despite his marriage being arranged to another woman. It marked feature film debut for Tania.

Bajre Da Sitta is a 2022 Punjabi period drama directed by Jass Grewal, and produced by Ammy Virk. Along with Virk, the film stars Tania and Noor Chahal in leading roles. Other main actors include Guggu Gill, B N Sharma, and Nirmal Rishi. The drama takes its title from the song of the same name, and was inspired by the sisters Surinder Kaur and Prakash Kaur, who first sang it. The film was released in India on 15 July 2022.

Jasmin Bajwa is an Indian actress and model who predominantly works in Punjabi films. Bajwa made her acting debut with the Punjabi web series Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree and made her Hindi film debut with Soorma. She acted in the music video of the Sharry Mann song "Birthday Gift". She played the lead role in the Punjabi films Doorbeen and Gaddi Jaandi Ae Chalaangaan Maardi.

<i>Bad Newz</i> (film) 2024 Indian film by Anand Tiwari

Bad Newz is a 2024 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by Anand Tiwari. Produced by Amazon Prime, Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective, the film inspired by true events stars Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. It is a spiritual sequel to Good Newwz (2019), and revolves around heteropaternal superfecundation, a reproductive process in which twins are born to the same mother, but from different biological fathers.
