Ninnigobius is a genus of gobies native to Southern and Southeastern Europe.

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:^[1]

Ninnigobius canestrinii Ninni, 1883 (Canestrini's goby)
Ninnigobius montenegrensis (P. J. Miller & Šanda, 2008)
