Gerald Edward Levert was an American singer-songwriter, producer and actor. Levert is best known for singing with his brother, Sean Levert, and friend Marc Gordon of the vocal group LeVert. Levert was also a member of LSG, a supergroup comprising Keith Sweat, Johnny Gill, and himself. Levert is the son of Eddie Levert, who is the lead singer of the R&B/soul vocal group The O'Jays.
The Gap Band was an American R&B and funk band that rose to fame during the 1970s and 1980s. The band consisted of three brothers Charlie, Ronnie, and Robert Wilson; and it was named after streets in the historic Greenwood neighborhood in the brothers' hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The group shortened its name to The Gap Band in 1973. After 43 years together, they retired in 2010.
Beautiful Life is the second album by Guy Sebastian. It was released 18 October 2004 on Sony BMG Australia and peaked at No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart. It was followed by the Beautiful Life concert tour of Australia. During the 8-month course of creating the album, Sebastian travelled to the United States and Europe to work with various songwriters, including Brian McKnight, with whom he penned the song "Wait", and Robin Thicke, whom he co-wrote a number-one charting first single, "Out with My Baby", and "Fiend for You". "How", an original by Thicke, is also included. The album reached Platinum status in Australia and eventually shipped over 100,000 copies.

The album peaked at #9, and was certified platinum for shipments of over 1,000,000 copies in the U.S. This album was Loveless' first album since she had surgery to repair burst nodes on her vocal cords in 1992.

My Heart is the debut album by American R&B singer Donell Jones. It was released by LaFace Records on June 4, 1996 in the United States. After the dissolution of his group Porché, Donell turned to songwriting and production, writing songs for R&B group Jade from their 1994 second album Mind, Body & Song as well as co-writing for Usher's self-titled debut album in that same year. He signed a recording contract as a solo performer with LaFace under Untouchables Entertainment, a production company and record label founded by Heavy D. & The Boyz member Edward "Eddie F." Ferrell. Most of the album was produced by Donell himself with additional help from Ferrell's Untouchables Entertainment production team. The album featured three singles, including "In the Hood", "Knocks Me Off My Feet" and "You Should Know".

The album features Tippin's first number-one single, "There Ain't Nothin' Wrong With the Radio", as well as the hits "My Blue Angel", "I Was Born with a Broken Heart", and "I Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way". "I Was Born with a Broken Heart" was previously recorded by Josh Logan on his 1988 album Somebody Paints the Wall, from which it was also released as a single. David Ball also released the song on his 1989 self-titled debut, although the album was not released until 1994.
South 65 was an American country music boy band. The group was composed of vocalists Lance Leslie, Brent Parker, Stephen Parker, Jerimy Koeltzow, and Doug Urie. Francesca Battistelli is an American Christian singer and songwriter from New York City. She was originally an independent artist and had released an independent album, Just a Breath, in 2004. Her first studio album on Fervent Records, My Paper Heart, was released on July 22, 2008. Her first single, "I'm Letting Go", was released to radio stations in spring of 2008 and has charted on national Christian CHR charts since then. The song was the 16th most played song of 2008 on Christian radio stations according to R&R magazine. Battistelli received her first Grammy Award nomination in 2009, for Best Gospel Performance with her single, "Free to Be Me". She later received her first Grammy Award in 2016 at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song with her single, "Holy Spirit" from her album If We're Honest.

Michael Lynche is the self-titled debut album of R&B artist and American Idol season nine fourth place finalist Michael Lynche. It was released by independent label Big3 Records on August 14, 2012, two years after Lynche competed on the Fox reality television series. Lynche was given creative freedom over the album and holds co-writing credits on all of its original songs. He collaborated with songwriters Charlie Brown, Rob Chiarelli, Maria Christensen Gharah Degeddingseze, David Glass, Jamie Jones, D'myreo Mitchell, Monte Neuble, Jason Pennock, Wayne Rodrigues, Tim Stewart, Ryan Tedder, and Ronnie Walton. Lynche also served as a producer on the album, along with Chiarelli, Degeddingseze, Jones, Mitchell, Neuble, Pennock, Rodrigues, Stewart, Bill Edwards, and Preach. In addition to twelve original songs, the album includes a cover of "This Woman's Work" by Kate Bush - a song that Lynche had performed while competing on American Idol.
Imitations of Life is the fourth studio album by American R&B/pop group, H-Town. It was released September 27, 2004 on BCD Music. This was the final album to feature the group's lead singer, Keven Conner, who died on January 28, 2003 a year prior to the album's release. The album is composed of solo songs from both Dino and Shazam Conner's solo albums. No new H-Town songs are featured on this album.
