Noelia López Vidal (born in Lebrija, Sevilla, Spain on November 10, 1986) is a Spanish model known for winning the second season of the Spanish TV contest Supermodelo 2007 . [2]

Biography

López won the second season of the Spanish TV contest Supermodelo 2007. After she won the contest she signed a contract with Alain Afflelou in Paris. She also represented Spain in the 2007 Elite Model Look contest. She graduated in Sevilla with a degree in Teaching. Her fashion campaigns include for Speedo, Jorge Blanco Couture, Velmont, BES, Chispazo, Cuetara, El Corte Ingles, Strena. She has also been in Fashion Shows for Sara Coleman, Rappido, Diane Von Furstenberg, Guillermina Baeza, TOM-HOM, Hannibal Laguna Bridal and others. Noelia was the protagonist in David Bustamante's music video "Al filo de la irrealidad". [3] Became the cover page of Spanish magazine DT for the month of November 2010. [4]

She dated with Beşiktaş soccer player José María Gutiérrez, 'Guti' since March 2010. [5]

Supermodelo 2007 was the second season of Supermodelo. Due to the success of the previous season the number of contestants was increased from 13 to 20 girls. The show took place live once every week, where a public vote decided which one of two nominated contestants would be eliminated from the competition, and the judges would nominate a new set of contestants for elimination. The period in between was pre-recorded, and tracked the progress of all the girls as they received lessons on various aspects of modeling, took part in photo shoot sessions and other fashion related challenges. The goal of the show was to find Spain's next representative in the Elite Model Look contest.

<i>Supermodelo 2008</i> Season of television series

Supermodelo 2008 was the third and final season of Supermodelo. This season saw significant changes when former host Judit Mascó was replaced by Eloísa González. For the first time, male contestants were allowed to participate in a separate competition from the females, whose winner would eventually be the representative for Spain in the annual Elite Model Look contest as in the two previous years. Various changes and variations of the format proved to be very unpopular with Spanish audience and the show was cut after a total of eight weeks on air. The last week of the competition saw the back to back eliminations of the seventh, sixth, fifth and fourth placers, and the live final took place that same week on June 20 with the remaining six contestants. The winners of the competition were 21 year old Eva Prieto from Barcelona and 20 year old Oliver Baggerman from Tenerife.
