Noortje de Brouwer (born 9 March 1999) is a Dutch synchronized swimmer. She competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics. [1] [2] Her twin sister Bregje is her usual partner in pairs events. [3] She is competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics in artistic swimming women's duet on 9 and 10 August 2024.

The Netherlands aimed for a top 10 nations ranking in the Olympics as well as a top 25 ranking in the Paralympics; they ended up ranking 12th at the Games.
