NCIS is an American military police procedural television series and the first installment within the NCIS media franchise. Married at First Sight is an Australian reality television adaptation of the Danish series Gift ved første blik. The show features a group of strangers who participate in a social experiment and are paired together by experts. Due to the legal requirement to give one month's notice of marriage in Australia, participants in this installment are not legally married, instead proceeding with an unofficial commitment ceremony. The series first premiered on 18 May 2015 on the Nine Network. The show has had eleven seasons between 2015 and 2024, plus a two-part reunion special which was broadcast before the eighth season in 2021.
Missing is a British crime drama television series, based on the 2000 novel Missing by crime author Karin Alvtegen, which was first broadcast on STV on 2 November 2008. Despite being filmed for broadcast and shown in the United States in 2006, the series was not aired in its native country until over two years later. Joanne Froggatt, Gregor Fisher and Mhairi Morrison star in the two-part drama, with Froggatt's character, Sybil Foster, becoming the prime suspect in a murder investigation, and Fisher and Morrison's characters acting as the investigating officers. Liar is a British thriller television series created by Harry and Jack Williams, and co-produced by ITV and SundanceTV. Bay of Fires is an Australian television crime drama and dark comedy series, which screened on ABC Television from 16 July 2023. The eight-part series was co-created by Andrew Knight, Marta Dusseldorp and Max Dann. Filming began in June 2022 with Natalie Bailey and Wayne Blair each directing four episodes. Locations used include the west Tasmanian towns of Queenstown, Strahan and Zeehan. Dusseldorp also co-produced with Yvonne Collins. The series title references the actual Bay of Fires on Tasmania's east coast.
Breathtaking is a British medical drama television series, written by Rachel Clarke, Jed Mercurio, and Prasanna Puwanarajah, based on Clarke's 2021 memoir of the same name on the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. It stars Joanne Froggatt and was directed by Craig Viveiros.
