South Park is a 24-block, 150-acre area of more than 780 structures primarily dating from the 1880s to the early twentieth century. It is located south of downtown Dayton, Ohio, just north of the University of Dayton campus and Woodland Cemetery, and east of Miami Valley Hospital. Mainly residential in character, South Park is significant because of the variety of its architecture, which includes vernacular, cottage, and high style examples, and because of its association with John H. Patterson, founder of the National Cash Register Company.

Wasena is a Roanoke, Virginia neighborhood located in south, central Roanoke bisected by U.S. Route 221, immediately to the south of the Roanoke River. It borders the neighborhoods of Raleigh Court on the west, Old Southwest on the north and east and Mountain View via the Wasena Bridge across the Roanoke River on the north, and Franklin-Colonial on the south. As of the 2000 U.S. Census, Wasena has a population of 1,633 residents.
Union Hill is a historic district of Richmond, Virginia. According to the Richmond Times Dispatch, the neighborhood "generally is bordered on the south by East Marshall Street and Jefferson Avenue, on the west by Mosby Street, on the north by O and Carrington streets, and angled on the east by North 25th Street." The neighborhood is on the Virginia Landmarks Register and the National Register of Historic Places, and is also one of sixteen designated "Old and Historic Districts" in Richmond.
Hamilton Park is a neighborhood in Historic Downtown Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey, United States, centered on a park with the same name. Hamilton Park is located west of Newport, north of Harsimus Cove, north and east of The Village and south of Boyle Plaza. The Victorian age park is located between Eighth Street and Ninth Street and Hamilton Place on the west and McWilliams Place on the East. Like the Van Vorst Park neighborhood to the south, this quiet park is surrounded by nineteenth century brownstones. The park underwent renovations completed in 2010.
Baltimore East/South Clifton Park Historic District is a national historic district in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is primarily an urban residential area organized in a gridiron pattern. It comprises approximately 110 whole and partial blocks that formed the historic northeast corner of the City of Baltimore prior to 1888. While rowhouses dominate the urban area, the historic district also contains other property types which contribute to its character including brewing, meat packing, cigar manufacturing, printing, and a tobacco warehouse. The Baltimore Cemetery completes the historic district.
Tremont is a neighborhood on the West Side of Cleveland, Ohio. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the district sits just south of the Ohio City neighborhood. It is bounded by the Cuyahoga Valley to the north and east, MetroHealth medical center to the south, and West 25th Street and Columbus Road to the west.
The Icehouse Historic District is a 116-acre (47 ha) historic district in Selma, Dallas County, Alabama. It is bounded by J.L. Chestnut, Jr. Boulevard on the north, the banks of Valley Creek on the west, Dallas Avenue on the south, and Union and Lapsley streets on the east. The district includes examples of the Tudor Revival, American Craftsman, Colonial Revival, and other early 20th century residential styles. It contains 213 contributing buildings and 141 noncontributing structures. The district is a neighborhood of small wood-frame and brick residences housing a mixture of low and middle-income families along tree-lined streets. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 28, 1990.
The Moose Addition Neighborhood Historic District encompasses the oldest residential area of Morrilton, Arkansas. This area was farmland until the railroad was built through the region in the 1880s. Located just south of the railroad and the city's business district, this area was soon built up as a residential area, with most of its development coming between roughly 1925 and 1960. There is a single Queen Anne Victorian, built in 1881, from the earliest days of its development.
Mount Baker Park is a 21.7-acre (8.8 ha) urban park in Seattle, Washington, United States. It is located along a ravine in the Mount Baker neighborhood in the Rainier Valley, stretching from South McClellan Street in the south to Lake Washington Boulevard at its north end. The park's north end is adjacent to Mount Baker Beach on Lake Washington and Colman Park. The south end connects to Mount Baker Boulevard, a scenic street that continues southwest to Franklin High School and the Mount Baker light rail station.
