Crusaders Rugby League enter their 5th year of rugby league, their 2nd in professional rugby league, in 2010. Additionally, this will be their first known as Crusaders Rugby League after previously being known as Celtic Crusaders, and their first year playing away from Brewery Field, Bridgend, moving to Wrexham's Racecourse Ground. They will be in contention for the Super League, in its 15th season and the 2010 Challenge Cup.

Lewis Mills is a Wales international rugby league footballer who played for the Crusaders in the Super League. He signed for the Crusaders, then Celtic Crusaders in 2008, after coming through the youth ranks at the Newport Titans. Mills' position of preference is prop. Mills made his Super League début in 2009's Super League XIV, coming off the bench in a round 24 loss away to Wakefield Trinity Wildcats. He played on three more occasions, all of which were substitute appearances. Mills also gained national honours, playing for his native Wales in their European Cup success in 2009. Mills was dual registered with the South Wales Scorpions in the Championship 1 during the 2010 season before signing for the Scorpions in January 2011.

North Wales Crusaders is a professional rugby league club based in Colwyn Bay, Wales. They are the successors to the former Super League club Crusaders Rugby League. Crusaders compete in Betfred League 1, the third tier of English rugby league. Until the end of 2016 they played their home games at the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham. From 2017 to 2020 they were based at the Queensway Stadium in Wrexham, but also played several games at Hare Lane in Chester. In 2021 the club moved to the Eirias Stadium in Colwyn Bay.

Iwan Brown is a Welsh rugby league footballer who currently plays for the North Wales Crusaders. His usual positions is a Second-row. He has represented Wales and Great Britain Students at Rugby League. He was in the Lions side that made history by being the first side to seal a Test and Academic Ashes Series win on Australian soil. He is also one of the unique few non-English player to be picked for a BARLA representative side, playing for the Great Britain BARLA under 21s in 2007. Brown was called up to the Wales Rugby League squad for their game against France in June 2011 and made his début in that game.

Jamie Durbin is an English former rugby union and rugby league footballer who played in the 2000s and 2010s. He played representative level rugby union (RU) for England (Schoolboys), and club level rugby league (RL) for the Halton Farnworth Hornets ARLFC, the Warrington Wolves, the Widnes Vikings, Rochdale Hornets (loan), the Doncaster Lakers, Halton Simms Cross ARLFC, the Leigh Centurions, and the North Wales Crusaders, as a scrum-half.

Owain Griffiths is former a Welsh international rugby league player who currently plays for the North Wales Crusaders. His usual positions is Hooker.
Son of Welsh rugby league legend Clive Griffiths, Owain has established himself as an up-and-coming star of the future having played for Wales under 18s and Wales Students. He started his career at local St Helens club Pilkington Recs and was in the academy of Super League club Huddersfield Giants. He has regularly turned out in the successful Leeds Metropolitan University side and starred for them as recently as the 2011–12 season in both BUSA league Super 8 and Challenge Cup.
