The Norway men's national floorball team is the national floorball team of Norway, and a member of the International Floorball Federation. Affiliated clubs send their best players to tryout and compete bi-yearly in the Men's World Floorball Championship. Norway Men National Floorball team's biggest success is the bronze medal from the 1st World Championships in 1996, which took place in Sweden. Norway has appeared in every World and European Championships tournament organised by the IFF.

Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. It is played indoors with 96–115.5 cm-long (37.8–45.5 in) sticks and a 70–72 mm-diameter (2.76–2.83 in) plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three twenty-minute periods The sport of bandy also played a role in the game's development.
The International Floorball Federation (IFF) is the worldwide governing body for the sport of floorball. It was founded on 12 April 1986 in Huskvarna, Sweden, by representatives from the national floorball associations of Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. It is recognized by the IOC and is an ordinary member of the ARISF.
The Canada men's national floorball team is the men's national floorball team of Canada, and a member of the International Floorball Federation (IFF). Canada's men's team is currently ranked 12th in the world at floorball following their result at the 2022 Men's World Floorball Championships. The Canada Men's Under-19 National Floorball Team is the men's under-19 national floorball team of Canada, and a member of the International Floorball Federation. The team is composed of the best floorball players in Canada under the age of 19. Canada's under-19 men's team is currently ranked 13th in the world at floorball, and plays in the B-Division at the World Floorball Championships.
Finland Men's National Floorball Team is the national floorball team of Finland. The national team was founded in 1985 and they played their first official game against Sweden in 1985. Finland has won four World Championships and 1 European Championships (1995). Finland has appeared in every World and European Championships tournament organised by the IFF and is the only team with Sweden to have won such a tournament.
The Norway women's national floorball team represents Norway in international competitions of women's floorball. They won a bronze medal in the first world championship for women in Mariehamn, Finland in 1997. They also won the bronze medal in Riga, Latvia in 2001.

The qualifying for the 2016 Men's World Floorball Championships took place between 2 and 14 February 2016. A total of 33 teams competed for fifteen spots. The final tournament was organized by Latvia in December 2016.
