Ottawa County is a county located in the northeastern corner of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of the 2020 census, the population was 30,285. Its county seat is Miami. The county was named for the Ottawa Tribe of Oklahoma. It is also the location of the federally recognized Modoc Nation and the Quapaw Nation, which is based in Quapaw.
McCurtain County is in the southeastern corner of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of the 2010 census, the population was 33,151. Its county seat is Idabel. It was formed at statehood from part of the earlier Choctaw Nation in Indian Territory. The name honors an influential Choctaw family that lived in the area. The landmark was a windmill with the three states' abbreviated names on the blades. The windmill monument was built in 1903.

Bernice State Park, also called Bernice Area at Grand Lake State Park, is an 88-acre (360,000 m2) Oklahoma state park located in Delaware County, Oklahoma. It is located near the city of Bernice, Oklahoma at the northwestern corner of Grand Lake o' the Cherokees. The park is actually across the mouth of the Neosho River from the town of Bernice.
The Tri-State district was a historic lead-zinc mining district located in present-day southwest Missouri, southeast Kansas and northeast Oklahoma. The district produced lead and zinc for over 100 years. Production began in the 1850s and 1860s in the Joplin - Granby area of Jasper and Newton counties of southwest Missouri. Production was particularly high during the World War I era and continued after World War II, but with declining activity. As jobs left the area, the communities declined in population.

Laguna Beach State Marine Reserve (SMR) and Laguna Beach State Marine Conservation Area (SMCA) are two adjoining marine protected areas that extend offshore of Laguna Beach in Orange County on California’s south coast. The SMR covers 6.27 square miles, and the SMCA covers an additional 3.44 square miles. These two MPAs are part of a four-MPA complex on the coast of southern Orange County. Each protects marine life by prohibiting or limiting the removal of marine wildlife from within its borders.
Fivemile Creek is a stream in Newton County, Missouri and Ottawa County, Oklahoma in the United States. It is a tributary of the Spring River in northeastern Oklahoma.
OKKAMO Tri-State Marker is a monument showing the tripoint of Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. It is located at an elevation of 1,016 feet,(one source says 1,024 feet) and is located about 300 feet north of I-44 and about 1000 feet east of the Downstream Casino and Resort, that is operated by the Quapaw Nation.
