Okatibbee Creek is a stream in the U.S. state of Mississippi. [1]

Okatibbee Dam on Okatibbee Creek impounds an 11,000-acre (45 km2) reservoir, which was constructed in the 1960s for flood control. [2]

Okatibbee is a name derived from the Choctaw language meaning "ice therein".
