Olidous Operettas is the second full-length album from The County Medical Examiners, as well as their first on Relapse Records. This is also the first album in the history of Relapse Records to feature a "scratch-n-sniff" CD face. According to the liner notes the odor of "corpse reek" on the CD face was donated by John Doe #4502.

The County Medical Examiners is an American goregrind band who, in their own words, exist for the sole purpose of recreating the sound of early Carcass albums. The band is also known to do no live shows at all. All of the current members have graduated with an MD in medical school or are currently taking medical school classes, hence the name of the band.

Prowler in the Yard is the second studio album by American grindcore band Pig Destroyer. It was released on July 24, 2001, on Relapse Records. The album follows a dark and twisted story of love, obsession, and gore. The booklet also features an extra page of prose about the protagonist and "Jennifer". The album was recorded on an 8-track in drummer Brian Harvey's basement.

Conforming to Abnormality is Cephalic Carnage's first full-length album. It was first released in 1998 on Italy's Headfucker Records. In 2002, the album was re-released on Hybrid Records. In 2006, Subordinate Records from Italy re-released the album without the band's permission on CD and LP. In 2008, the album was remixed, remastered, and repackaged, and had 20 bonus tracks added. This version was released by Relapse Records on April 29, 2008. The bonus tracks come from the band's split with Anal Blast, plus a new song sung by former bassist Jawsh Mullen.

Gore Beyond Necropsy (GBN) actually Noise A-Go-Go's is a musical group formed in 1989 in Hadano city, Kanagawa prefecture, Japan. The group have had a prolific output of releases. They play a hybrid style of chaotic grindcore which they refer to as "Analdrillinggrind Harshit Core!!".

General Surgery is a Swedish goregrind group, known as one of the earliest Carcass clones. Their 1991 debut, Necrology, was released by Relapse Records and would be General Surgery's only material released until 2001, when the group recorded one track for the Carcass tribute album, Requiems of Revulsion. However, in 2003, General Surgery reformed and released a split album with The County Medical Examiners, and have since released a collection of demos, two split 7"s, a 2005 demo, a split album with Butcher ABC, and two full-length albums.

"Crack a Bottle" is a song by American rapper Eminem, featuring American rappers Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. The song was released as the lead single from Eminem's album Relapse (2009). On February 12, 2009, the song broke the first week digital sales record with 418,000 downloads, topping the previous record held by "Live Your Life" by T.I. featuring Rihanna. This record was broken again the following week by "Right Round" by Flo Rida. The song won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group in 2010.

Myrkur is a Danish post-black metal band led by singer Amalie Bruun. Initially, the real-life identity of the person behind the project was kept unknown. Her identity has since been made public. Myrkur has released three full-length studio albums to significant critical acclaim, as well as a live album and one EP. Her most recent album, Folkesange, was released on 20 March 2020 through Relapse Records.

Leon del Muerte is a musician living in Portland, Oregon, USA. He is a founding member, guitarist and vocalist of the band Murder Construct. He is a guitarist in Terrorizer LA and Lightbreaker, vocalist in Impaled, and was previously involved with the bands Nails, Exhumed, Nausea LA, Intronaut, Phobia and Artificium Sanguis.
