Ollie Wright (born 25 October 2002) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for EFL League Two club Accrington Stanley, on loan from EFL Championship club Southampton. [2] [3]
Born in Bath, [4] Wright began his career at Southampton, and signed a new contract in June 2023, [5] joining Bath City on loan later that month. [6] He then spent time on loan at Worthing, joining them in February 2024, [7] with whom he lost the National League South play-off final. [8] [9] [10]
In April 2024 he signed a new two-year contract with Southampton, [11] [12] before moving on loan to Yeovil Town in June 2024, [13] [14] [15] [16] saying he was looking forward to the step-up to the National League. [17]
He was recalled by Southampton in February 2025, [18] and later that month he moved on loan to Solihull Moors. [19] [20]
In July 2025 he signed on loan for Accrington Stanley. [21] [22] [23]
