One Take (also known as BNK48: One Take) is a 2020 documentary film directed by Manatsanun Panlertwongskul. The premise revolves around the Thai girl group BNK48, and their preparations for the 6th Single Senbatsu General Election. [1]

Release

One Take is the second documentary that features BNK48, after BNK48: Girls Don't Cry in 2018. Originally, the working title was Real Me: BNK48 Documentary Season 2. [2] One Take was originally going to be released on April 1, 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [3]

Synopsis

One Take follow the members preparation before the group first General Election event, where the fans able to vote their members into the next line-up for the group 6th single. The film focusing on atmosphere of the members competition between the first and second members. [4]

The documentary includes the song "It's Life" sung by member Cherprang and "It's Me" by Suchaya Saenkhot. Both of the song was released on February 14 and included in group 7th single "77 no Suteki na Machi e - (77ดินแดนแสนวิเศษ)" Type-A version. [5] [6]

Come and See is a Thai documentary film directed by Nottapon Boonprakob and produced by UnderDoc Film. The film focuses on the alleged controversies regarding the teachings and practices of Wat Phra Dhammakaya and chronicles the events of the 23-day lockdown of the temple by the Thai military junta in 2017. The film was initially screened at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea in 2019 before being released in Thailand in April 2021 following approval by Thai media censors.

BNK48: Girls Don't Cry Is a Thai documentary film about the first generation members of the all girl Thai idol group BNK48 from before the band's debut until after it gained fame. This film was directed by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit, produced by iAM Fillms and Salmon House, and distributed by GDH 559. The film had its media screening event on August 14, 2018, at Paragon Cineplex Siam Paragon Shopping Center And was scheduled to be released generally after two days.
