Clifford Frederick Bourland was an American athlete who won a gold medal in the 4 × 400 m relay at the 1948 Summer Olympics.
Madeline Manning Mims is a former American runner. Between 1967 and 1981 she won ten national titles and set a number of American records. She participated in the 1968, 1972, and 1976 Summer Olympics. She likely also would have participated in the 1980 Games in Moscow, had they not been boycotted by the United States. At the 1968 Olympics she won a gold medal in the 800 m, one of only two American women to win this event. Until 2008, she was the youngest winner of the event. At the 1972 Games in Munich she won a silver medal in the 4 × 400 m relay with teammates Mable Fergerson, Kathy Hammond, and Cheryl Toussaint. When she was 3 years old, she was diagnosed with spinal meningitis and not expected to live. She recovered, but was consistently sick until she was a teen.
Robert Albert Kurland was a 7 feet (2.1 m) American basketball center, who played for the two-time NCAA champion Oklahoma A&M Aggies basketball team. He led the U.S. basketball team to gold medals in two Summer Olympics, and led his AAU team to three national titles. He is a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
Lauryn Annyn Mark is an American Australian Olympic Women's Skeet shooter. She finished fourth in Women's Skeet in the 2004 Summer Olympics and won three gold medals at the 2002 Commonwealth Games and the 2006 Commonwealth Games. In March 2022 she was appointed by the Sports Authority of India to be the High Performance Manager for the National Rifle Association of India's Shotgun Team.
James Ellis LuValle was an American athlete and scientist. He won the bronze medal in the 400 metres at the 1936 Summer Olympics, and was an accomplished chemist and founder of the Graduate Students Association at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Barbara Lynn Stark, also known by her married name Barbara Jordan, is an American former competition swimmer. Stark represented the United States as a 15-year-old at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, Finland. She competed in the women's 100-meter backstroke, advanced to the event final, and finished fifth with a time of 1:16.2.
Noël James de Mille was a Canadian rower who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics where, together with Ned Pratt., he won the bronze medal in the double sculls. Noel later moved to England but continued a keen interest in rowing. When war broke out he joined the Royal Air Force, serving as a flying officer. Following the war he married and settled in Glasgow. De Mille had a successful business career in housewares manufacturing. He and his wife Ailsa Ogilvie had a daughter Christina and two sons Andy and Peter. In 1986, at the age of 75, he attended the centennial event at the Vancouver Rowing Club, where he stepped back into a double for a row with club captain Bruce Trewin. He died in Thorpness, Suffolk, in 1995.
Patsy Serafina Akeli is a Samoan javelin thrower. She is a two-time Olympian, a 2008 national javelin throw champion, and a member of QEII Track Club in Australia. She set both a national record and a personal best throw of 54.78 metres, by winning her event at the New Zealand Athletics Championships in Wellington, New Zealand.
Catherine Cheatley is a retired New Zealand professional road and track cyclist. She won two New Zealand championship titles in both road race and individual track pursuit, and later represented her nation New Zealand at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Before her official retirement in June 2012 because of sustained bike crash-related injuries, Cheatley moved to the United States to race for the Cheerwine and Colavita–Sutter Home pro cycling teams in the women's elite professional events on the UCI Women's World Cup, and UCI World Championships, where she earned the bronze medal for the women's points race in 2007.
Marilyn Bailey Ogilvie is an American historian of science known especially for her work on the history of women in science. She taught at Oklahoma Baptist University before becoming curator of the History of Science Collections and professor at the University of Oklahoma. She is currently Curator Emeritus, History of Science Collections and Professor Emeritus, Department of the History of Science at the university.

Peter Steven Ogilvie is a retired Canadian sprinter who competed primarily in the 200 metres. Growing up in Burnaby, British Columbia, Peter represented Canada at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics, as well as, two outdoor, one indoor IAAF World Championships (1993), one Pan American Games (1991) and two Commonwealth Games. He won a silver medal in the 4 × 100 m relay at the 1991 Pan American Games, a gold medal in the 4 × 100 m relay at the 1994 Francophone Games in Paris, and bronze medal in the 1600m Medley Relay at the 1993 IAAF World Indoor Championships.
Sarah Ann Ogilvie is a Canadian former rower. She competed in the women's coxless pair event at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
