Orchid Enclave is a pair of residential skyscrapers in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.The building has 55 floors, including five floors for parking. The construction of the building was completed by Khan Group in February 2017. [3]
The complex have 3.4 acres (14,000 m2) of podium garden. The five levels of car parking can accommodate 1,000 cars at a time.

Hyatt Regency Chennai is an 18-storey five-star luxury hotel located on Anna Salai at Teynampet in Chennai, India. Designed in 1986, the construction of the hotel started in the 1990s. The towers are IGBC LEED Platinum and USGBC LEED Gold certified. The centre is a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). The Tower A of the WTC complex is the tallest commercial establishment in the city.
