Osaka Blazers Sakai is a men's professional volleyball team based in Sakai city, Osaka, Japan. It plays in the V.Premier League.
The club was founded in 1939 as part of the Kitakyushu, Fukuoka-based Yawata Steel athletic club which also included football club Yawata Steel F.C. [1] In 1969 the volleyball section split and moved to Sakai.
On October 2, 2023, the club changed its name into Nippon Steel Sakai Blazers. [2]

VC Levski Sofia is a professional Bulgarian volleyball team based in Sofia. It has both men's and women's teams, both playing in its respective Bulgarian Volleyball Leagues. Founded in 1943, the team plays its home games at Levski Sofia Sports Hall in Sofia. The women's team became the first Bulgarian volleyball club that were crowned European champion in 1963–64 season. Shunsuke Chijiki is a Japanese male volleyball player. He was part of the Japan men's national volleyball team. On club level, he plays for Sakai Blazers. He announced retirement from volleyball player after the 2022 Kurowashiki All Japan Volleyball Tournament and become trainer of Sakai Blazers.

Masahiro Sekita is a Japanese male professional volleyball player from Tokyo. He currently plays in V.League Division 1 for JTEKT Stings and Japan men's national volleyball team.
